Export trade
We buy from mainland suppliers in our own name and sell to the overseas buyer under a Hong Kong sales contract, carrying the commercial risk on both legs.

Import trade
Overseas goods imported and resold into the region, with duty basis, clearance and local delivery arranged.

Re-export via Hong Kong
Where a buyer cannot or will not contract with a mainland supplier directly, the goods and the invoice route through the Hong Kong entity, with documents reissued accordingly.
買方因合規或內部規定無法直接與內地供應商簽約時，貨物與發票經香港公司轉口，單證按需轉開。
Third-party trade
Seller in one jurisdiction, buyer in another, cargo moving between two more. We sit in the middle as the contracting party and reconcile the file.
賣方、買方與貨物流向分處不同地區時，由我們作為中間合約方承接，並統一對帳歸檔。
Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and any destination-specific certificate, prepared to the form your bank or customs authority requires.
發票、裝箱單、提單、產地證及目的地特定證明，按買方銀行或海關要求的形式出具。
Settlement
USD or HKD invoicing from the Hong Kong entity, with T/T or letter-of-credit terms agreed per transaction and supplier payments handled on our side.
由香港公司以美元或港幣開票，按筆商定電匯或信用證條件，供應商付款由我方處理。
